Reservation and General Policy

  1. Twilight Country Motel is a non-smoking facility.

  2. A valid credit card number is required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation. We will charge you at the time of arrival. Please present your picture ID and credit card upon arrival.

  3. The registered guest responsible for the room must be at least 18 years of age.

  4.  All room charges are authorized by the credit card holder.

  5. When checking-in, $100 deposit is required if you want to pay by cash or by debit card. We will cash back the deposit at the time of departure.

  6. Pets are available upon request. If the guest wants to stay with pets, he/she must reserve a pet friendly room or must notify the motel staff. Failure to do so will result in penalties.

  7. Twilight Country Motel is privately owned, and management reserves right to refuse service to anyone. The management will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.

  8. Any damage to hotel property or changing property condition, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest or company affiliated. Any costs associated with repairs, replacement and/or restoring to original condition (property) will be charged to the credit card number written in the guest registration card, or deductions will be made from the security deposit.

Cancellation Policy

  1. The cancellation is free of charge 2 days prior to the date of arrival. After that time, we charge you 1 night as cancellation fee.
    Please call us at 780-689-2188 to cancel your reservation. We do not accept the cancellation request online or through email.

  2. Refund is not available for any reason at any time.

  3. When busy season from April - June (e.g. for AlPac shutdown) or if the guest signed the credit card authorization form, the reservation cannot be cancelled at any time.
